Know that we are looking forward to meeting you! Our time together will be very intense relationally, but very rewarding to you personally. Our beginning time will be 5pm the first evening. We strongly recommend you try to arrive between 3pm and 5pm if you want to get settled in your lodging prior to our evening activities.

Dress business casual and wear something comfortable. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy the interaction.

For the assessment activities, we will meet in the Sandberg Leadership Center (campus map), which is #4 on the map. You will be staying at the Leadership Residence Inn [#13 on the same map], which is within walking distance.

Our purpose for the first evening is to meet each other and start getting to know your heart for ministry. We will be eating together so that you can also get to meet others with hearts similar to yours. Some of these people you will want to stay in touch with long after the Resident Assessment Center experience. We will also be giving you an opportunity to get to know us, the plans for our 48 hours together, and schedule details.

While we will not be pressing you every minute, we want you to be free from other responsibilities and distractions. We recommend that you let people know you will not be answering your email or available by phone except for family related emergencies. When you get any down time, it would serve you well to be able to relax and interact with your spouse. This will enable you to do your very best throughout the interviewing process.

The next day and a half you will either be in an interview or working on some of our assessment projects. The first full day we will go from 9am to 9pm and have lunch & dinner together or in groups; breakfast will be available for you at your residence.

The third day we will go from 9am to 5pm. You may leave prior to dinner and drive home or catch an evening flight.

Your results will be prepared by the Center over the next two weeks and they will be delivered to you and your supervising leader.
